"Very friendly staff"

"The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning. "Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

"Room was had a slight mildew smell wich im sure they will are working on staff in nice and seems to take care of any problems stayed here a couple weeks earlier and was in different room the smell might just be that room but it was pretty cheap and its in a quiet location 7-11 right next door"
