"The staff were pleasant but we had trouble getting help with a piece of medical equipment when we were ready to leave. The location is quiet and the breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that the floor in our room wasn't that clean. It seemed a bit sandy underfoot from the get go."

"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."

"There was lots to do right on site. Corn hole, ping pong, volleyball , mini golf, horseshoes, a pool and a kids playground with a splash pad. Parts of the hotel were a little dated but very clean and well kept. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. So convenient having the shuttles to colonial Williamsburg but also enjoyed being able to walk there as well. Highly recommend! Will stay there again. Great location!"

"Nice hotel for the price. Many things we like included ample free parking, great central location, indoor pool & a free breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. A couple of things to note if you're a little bougie like I am- the bathroom vanity is one sink with one tiny strip of mirror so only one person could use the bathroom at a time. No husband shaving while you're trying to do your makeup. They only clean your room every other day unless u request cleaning. No biggie there but FYI. I...

"Avoid this hotel at all costs!! We reserved two rooms for two nights. BOTH ROOMS were filthy. There was pubic hairs on the one bed. Some other kinda hair on the others. I called and asked for beds to be CHANGED. They came in and brushed the hairs off, turned over the pillows and moved on to the other room. We had six kids. It’s sad when none wanted to stay there. The bathtub was dirty. Elevator said it was on floor 82? There isn’t 82 floors. The stairs were scary and dark with emergency tags...

"The stay was overall pleasant it is close to alot restaurant and shops. Great proximity to colonial Williamsburg. Staff are friendly and helpfult. The one downside was that there was a strange sharp noise coming from the maintenence closet in our room that would go off in the middle of the night. Otherwise it was a pretty good."

"My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. "I have never booked a room and only shown up for it to be canceled. The hotel blamed Expedia, and Expedia blamed the hotel. You both left me to fend for myself. I was a traumatic experience after 9 hours of driving. I hope I do NOT have a charge on my card since I keep getting surveys."

"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."
