"The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service."

"Staff was amazing. Room was soo clean. This is an animal friendly hotel and I knew that before booking, but this is also from the reviews the best hotel in town. I’m very impressed at the fact that you could not find dog hair anywhere in this room. It was extremely clean. Only thing is you could definitely smell prior dog in the room. "This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

"Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

"Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center."

"Staff that was cleaning and doing renovations was kind of nosey. When we left to go to lunch before i left for work one of them was pretending to be cleaning in the hall but we could tell he had been listening at the door. My company felt very uncomfortable as we left to eat lunch and did not return to the room until I got off saying the men made her feel weird and unsafe. As for the front desk staff they was very professional and got us checked in and out without any issues."

"The property was in transition from Marriot. The phones did not work in half the rooms. The breakfast was almost non existent. They ran out of toilet paper. Had to request from another hotel. The ice machine did not work. Did not have enough towels and wash cloths in the room. They tried to over charge me $150 on my reservation. I had to fight to get correct price. You could see where they were still working on change over. Equipment was still in hallways.Tgey had no facial tissues in rooms....
