"I was very disappointed with the room, dank,dark, a strange odor. Nothing like the picture. I was told my truck and trailer would fit in a grass space next to the highway. It did not. It protruded into the entrance drive way on a very busy street. Thinking about my liability I decided not to stay. The manager was very rude and threatened to not return my payment. "Amazing property tucked away in Daytona beach. Friendly staff, clean and very nice rooms, everything makes you feel welcomed into your beach stay. Direct views of the ocean from almost each room. Very accommodating and looking forward to coming back."

"We had bugs in the bed blood in the sheets nasty smell in the refrigerator and nasty mildew smell in the bathroom . I barely didn’t want to shower we had to cut out stay short because of the bed and leave in the middle of the night due to no extra rooms. The breakfast was the only thing decent they had and barely that . The elevators barely worked and this is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in. The staff manager at check in was rude and had an attitude as well. "

"1st floor room was perfect for me. I’m on a walker and a cane. The pool was not heated so I didn’t get in much. Loved the location and the staff. Great to have breakfast and not have to cook or go out. Will definitely be back, and Jeep parade on the beach was awesome. "

"Plenty of parking out front, the rooms were really clean and the staff was really great. My only complaint was that the room smelled like smoke and when I left my clothes smelled like it. It did not smell very well at all."

Rooms were thrown together horribly, 1/2 the lights didn’t work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor (in an upstairs suite) window in a bathroom that goes to a hallway that can be seen straight into and the window was unlocked when we arrived. I paid 35 dollars for extra parking and came home at 1am with nowhere to park and the vehicle that was already there was completely blocked in. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy"

"In general, we were happy with our stay. The room was clean and a good size and the beds were comfortable. Included breakfast is basic but was pretty good and fresh. There is construction going on but it didn't disturb us during our stay. Only issue we didn't like was there is not enough parking spaces. Had to park in overflow across the street or in the middle of the lot."

"What a nice hotel with fabulous staff! Everyone was so friendly. We were visiting for our anniversary and had a hand written note from someone at the hotel congratulating us, nice touch! The general manager is a gem. Very special."

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

"Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. "

"Television did not work, and the toilet was broken. We had to fix the toilet on our own. When we first checked in staff was friendly and accommodating. Near the end of our trip, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff acted like they didn’t want to be there."

First, she got our appetizer wrong. Then she brought out my fries 20 minutes before my burger and the correct appetizer.
