"When checking out our room was different, we are from Arizona and never used anything like this, we had to use the key card to turn on electricity to the room. The bed was comfortable and clean, air conditioner worked great and the shower was excellent. The staff was excellent and answered all my questions.The laundry room was ok, washed all the clothes well, but drying the clothes wasn't that good after an hour still had to let the clothes dry in our room.Kitchen was nice had a dishwasher and...

"Booked The Lodgings for a birthday present for my partener. Jackeline on reception was perect and proffesional. The room was small but nice and had the flowers I had preordered and we could see the Minster through the fire escape door, we were in the "Belfry". I had booked what I thought would be a romanatic evening meal in the hotel only to find they were not using the dinning rooom and would have to eat in the bar downsatirs. "Lovely hotel created from several historic buildings into a modern facility. Very pleasant reception and lounge area with bar. The rooms were clean and to a high standard, roomy and with a good shower room. There is a lot of interesting artwork throughout. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We booked two rooms. Room servicing is only on request, we asked our rooms to be made up each day, sadly our friends room was not properly made up on arrival and servicing of the rooms was a bit hit...
