"Absolutely beautiful place. The staff has been co operative n helpful. Greets u well with a nice smile n welcome drink. The room was spotlessly clean with all the toiletries and amenities. The place is located close to station which makes easy transportation. Overall wonderful experience and highly recommended. Thank you"

"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"Very clean room, with enough space for 2, fully functioning kitchen. Very easy self service entry, keep in mind you need internet upon your arrival as your entry code will be available on your arrival day. The appartement is located next to busses/metro to get to the city center in a few minutes. There is a store nearby. Would definetely recommend this place and I would come back if I would visit budapest again"

"Beautiful room. Very large space and modern. Heated towel rack and fridge did not work on our room but we were only staying one night so just informed them at check out. Great location in a quiet area but walkable. Had a late dinner at hotel and it was good. Sauna and pool area is a nice option after a long day of exploring. Would be nice if this area was open until 10 for that very reason. "

"I did not get the room I booked which was one of the more expensive rooms. They moved me to the room I booked the following day but not until 5 pm and I was leaving at 4 am, so the suite with terrace was not worth the price. NO UPGRADE OR compensation for the hassle and inconvenience other than 2 drinks on the house. The Nespresso maker was outfitted with knock off pods which tasted like cigarette ashes. Fortunately, I had the genuine Nespresso pods in my suitcase. Is that even legitimate….did...

"The hotel was spotless throughout and maintained to a very high standard, it's in a great, quiet location within easy reach of the trams, buses or walking to the center for shops and site seeing. The room was a great size, bathroom immaculate, clean and well kept. The breakfast was one of the best we've had with lots of choice, all fresh and well presented. "Breakfast was surprisingly very good, it was some of the best food I ate while in Budapest! The room was nice but the bed comforter was very small, I'm 5"7 and my feet were sticking out of the bottom of it. Other than that everything was amazing!"
