A beautifully maintained property. Our townhouse accommodation unit was immaculate and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, informed and helpful. I loved the aviaries. What a bonus!

I enjoyed the man’s up n cabin by the pool with a great view. Loved the balcony too. Highly recommend if you are looking gif this type of accommodation. I will be back!

Great property easy access, easy parking. Great ammenities. The spa bath was my highlight. Really was worth it to sit for an hour after a long days work.

Property was great for our family. A two room cabin with plenty of shared space, nice kitchen and bathroom. Two pools, one for young kids was great, we were in there almost every day. Area is great with lots of food options and small shopping village. Resort is perfectly situated 15mins from Surfers Paradise and 15mins from Theme Parks

We love staying at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village. They have the most amazing collection of Macaws in huge aviaries as well as a beautiful paved walkway around the entire property with glorious gardens. The villa we stayed in had recently been refurbished, it was lovely and clean, comfortable and spacious. Can't wait to return for a third time! Highly highly recommend staying here.

It has the best kids pool with water features in it, my son loved it and the kids play ground too. Has an awesome walking track so you can look at the birds and great bbq facilities too Everyone is friendly The staff are helpful and friendly too

Kids loved the pool and looking at all the birds. The playground was a massive hit aswell. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Definitely recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

I had to add another night to my booking due to an emergency, they did everything they could to help me. Great place to stay and lovely and quiet.

Awesome place for kids. 2 pools and they are very warm. Make sure you get a room close to pool becauae the place is so huge its a long hot walk to the pool if your far. The birds are beautiful but woke us up evey morning. It was a lil disappointing that I couldnt have my nephew come play at the pool with us for the day as they don't allow guests. I was willing to pay a fee for him to jus hang out with us at the pool for the day. Overall was a good stay

The cabins were in excellent condition and very clean. They provided so many thoughtful items right down to buckets, pegs, washing baskets and clothes racks. Every need had been considered, I’ve never stayed anywhere that had so thoroughly provided for guests‘ needs. The staff were friendly and organised. All the info you could possibly need was provided at check in which made it easy to navigate everything and just enjoy your holiday. The kids activities were fantastic and they were even given a colouring book and pencils on arrival. It’s very close to all the theme parks, as well as numerous shopping centres and grocery shops - Woolworths is a short walk, as is Dominos. The only thing which wasn’t up to scratch was the wifi, which was too weak for us to be able to access. We asked the staff about it and they were very apologetic and said they’re upgrading it soon. We’d still come back even if it wasn’t fixed - the pricing was incredibly low for what we received and it was actually far better than what we were expecting for the price. We’ll be recommending it to our friends and family.

Good facilities, close to supermarket and eateries. A bit too far from the beach for those wanting a coast experience.
