"We visit annually last year we were put in the North tower wasn't happy at all with the apartment worn out missing items or not working....grateful for the upgrade spacious with ocean views Thank You. Requested single beds they were extremely uncomfortable too firm, only one blanket in the apartment, oven not working it never got fixed during our 10x day stay.... I would still book here Excellent amenities Thank You."

"We love staying at the Q1, it’s our favourite place at Surfers - the apartments are beautiful and spacious and the pool area is incredible. The gym facilities let it down a bit. The staff are excellent, we had an issue with a fridge that the previous people had poorly stored fish in both the fridge and freezer parts and every time we opened the doors the smell was horrendous. Not only did a member of housekeeping come up and scrub the fridge for us at 9pm, the next day when they heard the smell...
