The hotel is stunning and perfect for families as so much care and attention to safety. We were a couple and found it a fantastic place to stay Breakfast was amazing so much choice even though it basically catered to the Asian clientele there was still plenty of choice. Rooms staff pool games gym so much to do. Would give it all 100%

The day I arrived I asked them what times they go pick up from the airport and I didn't have to wait too long.I was booked in pretty quickly and was take. Up to my room the room had all the amenities apart from water but there was a bottle in the room where you could fill up from 2 water machines near the lifts.The breakfast buffet was lovely plenty to choose from.The hotel had a shuttle going to the MTR metro every 30mins and it was always packed it would do pick up to from from the MTR from ...

A big hotel close to the airport that manages to have some personality despite the size and itinerant nature of customers. Breakfast choice and quality is standout - just needs enough time to enjoy.

We have a fantastic stay the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool looks great although I didn’t use it .

Close to the airport, close to restaurants and take away and most importantly, worth every single dollar.

It was all just exactly what you would need to have for short visit stay. Very nice bed, very clean room, very nice shower, basic essentials to use without needing to open your suitcase anymore. Airport shuttle is quite frequent and free, feels like a cherry on top! Would stay here again next time. Thank you!!

Simple walk from the terminal, supper buffet dinner and breakfast, perfect mattress, are and shower. Ideal.

Great place

Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

Quiet location with mountain and ocean views away from busy urban areas. But you can’t escape the motorways and faint rumble of traffic in the background. Lovely spacious room for Hong Kong hotel. Clean. Efficient and courteous staff. 5 minutes walk from a clean public beach. Great roast goose at Tsuen Wan! The main downside is having to travel an additional 10-15 minutes from Tsuen Wan MTR to the hotel on the free regular shuttle bus service. Otherwise a decent place to stay for a good price

This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars. Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room .
