I really enjoyed this property. Only downside was that it had no laundry dryer as it had a broken door. Only washer worked but we didn’t try it as we couldn’t dry anything. Other than that it is an amazing spot!

Beautiful modern apartment well appointed with everything we needed. Excellent pool and the balcony was directly above for easy supervision of the kids. Underground parking was easy to access. 2 blocks to the beach and the same to some fabulous restaurants and a grocery store and liquor store. Easy drive in to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise

Splendido apartments were quite nice

The t.v in the lounge room lacked main channels, the remote control had no mute button either. But at least the master bedroom made up for this. Wasn't as clean as I expected as I found something on the floor that I tried on before realising it looked like a piece of something broken?

The location is fine, but the roadworks outside were noisy throughout the night and inconvenient in the day. The place needs some TLC as well.. the couch felt like it had fallen apart with lumps and dips across it. Missing aircon remotes, scuffs all over walls, marks on carpets etc.. it was safe and it was fine, but honestly a fair bit below my expectations. We got the unit at a sale price, and we figured that was some stroke of luck on our part, but really that sale price should probably be the normal price given it's condition.

Beds and couches very worn and not fit for purpose. Apartment requires attention- scuffed walls. Limited kitchen items. Shower clean and hot.Excellent location to beautiful patrolled beaches and restaurants. Beautiful walking along beaches.

Nice Area, Nice guy running the show, helpful and easy to contact. Had a little problem with our room and it was sorted with efficiency and swiftness. Got a new nicer room which was nice too. Little bit dated and run down but overall 7/10

I’ll start by saying that I gave the manager an opportunity to respond to my complaint but got no reply The state of the apartment was very poor and although these aren’t brand new apartments, there is no excuse for the level of cleanliness. The sheets were stained, blankets dirty, walls grubby with dried liquid dripping down but the bathroom was the worst I’ve ever seen in apartment or room that I’ve paid to stay in. Disgusting is an understatement. I felt like I needed to wear shoes in the shower and there was built up dirt and grime in the floors and around the frames. Mould on the walls too. Zero customer service. No communication before the day of check in and when I called the number off the website, it was answered by a man who just said ‘hello’. I thought I had called the wrong number, this was very unprofessional. It was disappointing that although there was a few Coffee and tea satchel’s there was no milk, even a small longlife milk. There was also only 1 toilet roll, no spares and no tissues. With no one in reception, these things should be considered and spares available in the room. There is a sign on the fridge that basically says you must clean the apartment before leaving or you will be charged a fee. Height of rudeness given the state the apartment was presented! Spend an extra $20 per night for somewhere better, heaps more options in the area!

Great located property, just a block back from the beach. Restaurants and cafes are only a short walk away as it a supermarket.
