"This historic house is beautifully maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. We had the attic room which is extra large and has an amazing spa shower. The proprietors took great care to prepare a wonderful breakfast each morning. Loved our stay at 1899!"

"This was probably the most complete hotel we have ever stayed in, and it was unexpected as we were camping in Zion and our tent broke on a very windy overnight. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The pool area was well maintained and refreshing. It was a large pool with plenty of outdoor seating. There were also two hot tubs. "Bathroom floor had something slippery on it like grease that I tracked all over with my tennis shoes. I called to have them mop it and I got a "uh.....I can come mop it" from the person at the desk. Waited 20 minutes and nothing so I called him back and said not to bother because we were trying to leave. When we went by the desk to leave, he was playing on his phone and never even looked up. I mentioned it the next day and the gal said she would tell her manager."

"Our room was okay and clean. It was very small. The bed was comfortable and the shower was okay. There was only one lamp in the room and very minimal electrical outlets. Parking is far away, across the street. We checked in about 6pm. The desk clerk was not very helpful and acted as though she didn't wanted to be bothered, Our room was on the 3rd floor and very hot our first night. "This trip was canceled plus I purchased the insurance intended to cover my cancelation. I jump through all the absurd hoop to cancel. I have never reimbursed me NOR has responded since May 28th, 2026. I would NEVER recommend ANY Hilton after this experience."
