"We added a night to a family trip and chose this hotel. I didn't realize how wonderful it was going to be! They have plenty of complimentary items in the lobby such as fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts, fruit, tea, lemonade, hot cocoa, apple cider, coffee, 3 different flavors of slushies, and an arcade with free game play. "We were SO pleasantly surprised by this place ! We had a vrbo booking scam so arriving frazzled to a last minute booking did NOT disappoint. This place was huge ! And SO reasonable. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Dollywood."
