"Such a great B and B! We had the Balcony Room, which is on the second floor of the main 1890s house. The room is smallish, and the bathroom is very small, but it doesn't matter! Very cute and cozy, didn't mind the size. Having a fridge in the hallway just steps from the room was a plus. Delightful gourmet breakfast and array of cakes and cookies at tea time. Very nice staff too."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised. First, the front desk staff—especially one receptionist (Connal) —had a noticeable attitude and was not helpful at all. Customer service felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which set the tone for the entire stay. The parking situation is a major issue. The garage is extremely small and poorly managed. The hotel does not properly track which car belongs to which guest, which...

"Service was excellent. When we arrived, we were greeted and shown around the property, assisted with the luggage and showed us to our room. For breakfast, we arrived a little early, but the waiter and kitchen staff accommodated us as we needed to head up the coast to the Monterey area. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast outside on the veranda. We would have loved to stay longer, but time did not allow."
