"Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We are so grateful we chose to stay here for our trip to Kyoto!"

"Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa! Upea ja fantastinen henkilökunta, apua sai aivan kaikkeen! Pesukoneelle oli käyttöä. Ainoa miinus oli että suuret ikkunat antoivat joelle, jossa satamäärin paikallisia ja turisteja hyppelemässä kivillä, et voi kulkea yöpuvussa verhojen ollessa auki! Upea japanilainen aamupala ja täydellinen design-keittiö japanilaisilla veitsillä ja viinikaapissakin hyvät juomat!"

"I loved how authentic the experience felt and looked, curated by such amazing and sweet souls. "

"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"Loved the hotel and location."

"The gym needs improvements, its shoe box size for this huge hotel branch"

"Place was super clean, modern and spacious. About 10 minutes walk to the subway, not very close to the main city but close via public transport. Good value for money"

"Location is next to aeon mall"

"Amazing, highly reccommended!"

"I really want to highlight how helpful the staff was, they really made our stay the best. Also the rooms were a very good size with lots of space and rooms were always clean."

"The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure"

"It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful garden patio view. The staff was so very friendly and helpful."

"This quaint hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and rooms were a good size. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Kyoto. It was a short walk to Nishiki market and had tons of local restaurants near it too."

"Was very hesistant about the location when we first got there at night. Walked through narrow streets without space when cars around. Almost thought about finding somewhere else for remaining days. Much different experience after exploring the area in the daytime. Stopped at the bakery next door daily. Easy access to city buses. Slight walk to train station. Only 12 rooms overall. Room very spacious for Japan standards and also had a large soaking tub and shower area. Very kind and courteous...
