"Lovely welcome and welshcakes at check in. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfy beds! Balcony overlooking the bay at night was beautiful. Spa was nice. However, we didn’t stay in long as my 13 year wasn’t allowed to use the hydro pools and it got busy very early with little kids leaving no room to swim. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal …....

"Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up…."
