"Nice country pub with a cozy atmosphere. Our room was great, really clean and well presented, comfy bed and pillows, en-suite bathroom with a good shower and a decent size. Owners provided a fan which was very welcome during this current heatwave. We were greeted by Jacob in reception, really helpful, polite and respectful and he showed us to our room. "The hotel is looking very tired. Shortage of sockets in the room for charging electronic devices. Service was good but not amazing. Ate at Farmer Butcher Chef and was disappointed with the quality of the food. Overall given the prices they charge at the hotel and restaurant it was not great. Chosen for the convenience of being on site for the Goodwood event we attended but we would likely not stay there again."

"This was one of the best Inn's I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, bright and exactly as in the photos. The common areas were so inviting, there was outdoor garden spaces, indoor spaces with comfy seating for curling up with a book. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. I would highly recommend and I'm already try to plan another trip there."

"In the explanation they said WiFi at 25mps in each room, there was no WiFi even the TV in the room couldn’t connect!!! They said they had a parking lot, they don’t it’s just street parking, Free 6pm-8am"

"This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Bit disappointed really with the lady of the house.She seemed very helpful offered her services as a cab to pick our car up which was very nice of her so I took her up on that and she said put another £10 on the bill which I paid gladly. When she spoke to my wife a little later my wife offered her £20 pound for the journey and she gladly took it without mentioning that I had already paid but on her conscious be it won’t be going back strangely enough"
