"Perfect hotel, very well located. If you like to walk, it’s only a 45 minutes walk from downtown. Otherwise, there is a metro entrance near buy and plenty of Uber/taxis available. Yorkville, where it is located, is a much more interesting place to stay than downtown in our opinion. As for the service, it was up to the brand’ standards, if not above. Everybody was incredible to us. The room are spacious, especially the bathroom. I highlt recommend this one if you visit Toronto. "

"Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. Everything was fine and as expected. What I liked the most was the excellent communication — the manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Access to the property was also very easy, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. What I liked less was the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. "The property was very clean and is located in a nice, quiet area. It is walking distance from the mall and other stores. There was also free parking at the property which was convenient since I had a car rental. I would recommend it, particularly for solo travellers, since there are quiet hours to accommodate sleeping guests (11pm - 8am)."
