"This place is always good especially the ground floor walk out to the beach. Even though our Umit could be renovated it was still fine. "

"Great visit. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent. I recommend the room service menu in particular. Valet parking is the rule, and we had our car in minutes when requesting it. We were just below the rooftop restaurant on the ninth floor, so the thump from the base could be heard a bit when they played dance music, but it wasn't overly intrusive, and it shut down by midnight. The pool is nice. We went to the beach one day, and found out it's not a good idea to hold...

"I like the hotel but for 5 star hotel there should be more options of restaurants. Only one outdoor restaurant with not enough main course options. Other people felt the same way. We stayed last year here and the menu options were much better. "

"Helpful staff and good amenities. Location is a bit out of the way which can be good if you want a more peaceful vacation. Not walking distance to anything but the staff is good at getting local taxi drivers when needed. Restaurant food is good and staff is very friendly."

"A last minute reservation at 6:00 PM, due to a flight cancellation. Reserved a garden-view Queen-suite. The room as clean and everything was in good repair. Dined at the on-site restaurant, the Driftwood Bar & Grill. The food was tasty; the portion a good size and was served hot. Ate at the bar and the bartender was attentive and friendly."

"Staying at Vida was like staying at someone’s gorgeous vacation home. It is small enough that all the staff know you and the culture is to go out of their way to be courteous and helpful. The front desk staff helped us select dinner places, snorkeling places and even provided a beach blanket and snorkel gear.
