"Check in was easy, front desk was terrific explaining everything the Inn offered with our stay. We had the Perennial cottage which was terrific and offered some privacy. Restaurant was great, service was wonderful and the food at both dinner and breakfasts was excellent. Highly recommend this Inn to stay, nice quiet property in Franconia. Pool was a nice plus as well."

"Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Victorian inn sa bit cluttered. Bathroom tiny. Outside house, grounds need work, but inside seems ok. Would stay there again. "
