"The room was not clean and there was ants everywhere. In our bed the table. It got all over our stuff and I couldn’t get in touch with the staff to let them know. I have picture to show. Very far out and not worth it."

"Paulina and Jeremy were the most gracious hosts. They were always available for any requests or questions we had and we had a lot. The rooms were cozy and beautiful designed. Orient Bay Beach and Village was an 8 minute walk. There are many restaurants to choose from. Kontiki Beach Bar offered free beach chairs for hotel guests of Pomme de Cannelle. My only suggestion would be more space for clothes and toiletries. But overall an excellent experience, felt like I was staying at a friends...

"Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Fridge and two burners to cook if you needed/wanted to and also a microwave. Great location - a 10 minute walk to so many different restaurants and bars...

"I loved this resort so much I would highly recommend!! Great service everyday they have diffent. Activities going on the day me and my friend arrive they had a live band performance and an open bar !! We are coming back next month ,only downside the beach was closed 💔 and it’s a bit far from all the clubs and other restaurants overall 10/10 experience !!"

"The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job...
