A few things that we were unsure of prior to arriving- as hotel guests we got chairs at the beach club complimentary. As this is the French side we weren’t sure on whether we needed an electrical converter but there was one outlet that we were able to use that was compatible with our US electronics. "The resort is nice. My main complaint was majority of the staff. Specifically wait staff, bartenders and waitresses. Upon arriving, we were checked in by a nice young lady but other than her, most staff was rude and not accommodating. Some of the resort is a bit dated, our air conditioner leaked water and the sink drained very slow. The food is ok, best service was from the Italian restaurant, all other serves seemed to not want to be bothered."

"Fantastic location on Orient Beach. The room i selected for my daughter and I was nothing luxurious but clean, welcoming, and convenient. And use the car service they suggest. Best deal and great group of people. Verry acomidating, even let me request a lady driver when my daughter went hanging out, on her own."
