"When we arrived, there was no one to check us in. Our receipt was wrapped around the room key and placed in a wooden box attached to the wall. When we opened the door, someone had left there overnight bags. I called the service number in the lobby and was sent to voice mail, the voice mail was full. NO AVAILABILITY..
