One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary ramen served in the evening, which was a nice and thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel had a really nice traditional breakfast every morning. The staff was super helpful and polite. Very very helpful in finding things around Kumamoto. I really enjoyed my time in Kumamoto. "The place was perfect! The space was big, the bed was big and the toilet was big! We felt really comfortable and made the mistake of staying inside for far too long when Kumamoto has so much to offer. It was also walkable to the castle and the shopping arcade. There was even a massage chair in our room! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay in other Daiwa hotels in our future stay."
