"We checked in and upon entering our room, immediately noticed three things: lots of stray hairs on the bed, a puddle(of unknown fluid) on the floor, and the smell of pot permeating the entire room. We tried to convince ourselves to stay but the thought of getting any rest in that room was not something we could stomach. The staff were difficult to find and it was an all-around awful situation. "ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED! Took videos and pictures. Got this hotel for the hot tub and EWYUCKKK ! Completely dirty ! then the shower in the bathroom was also nasty not clean same for tables . Black residue was everywhere . We ended up going to a store to buy cleaning supplies. "
