"I was charged $75 dollars for a towel I used to clean up a spilled drink they never went over having towels for stains specifically like they said we should have been told all the rules just sorry it’s gonna be $75"

"Great central location, walking distance from great restaurants, the convention center and more. The room was super clean and well-insulated from the outside noise. Comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower! The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having someone serving drinks at that lonely, empty bar that sits by the pool outside. Like the bar is sitting there. Ready for business. But no pool-side service. It’s ok. I still enjoyed my stay. Maybe next time?"

"This hotel is a nightmare. Looks cute in photos and on tik tok. They must give influencers a free stay for content and they come and leave because there is no way anyone is staying here. It’s a renovated motel in the middle of the hood. You can’t walk around. It’s next door to a motel 6 that had rooms for $11 a night. I saw the biggest cockroach I have ever seen. There are signs in the parking lot about stolen vehicles. They have bikes for guests but you absolutely can’t ride them anywhere lol. Ever seen an episode of the first 48 in Tucson? This is what the neighborhood looks like. Best part. I paid $200 on Expedia and when I got home they tried to charge $624 to my card. I’m pretty sure someone had gone through my things in my room during my stay. The staff is shady af. Gives serious trafficking vibes. Stay far away. Also there was a weird light in the bathroom fan. Although it’s probably nothing it just added to the ambience of possibly kidnapped or robbed."

"Very old hotel, freshened up with paint, rooms small, air conditioner very noisy, too hot to turn it off, queen bed only option, comfort OK. Staff were awesome, professional and very helpful, breakfast was limited, and oatmeal was lukewarm warm and gluggy. Location was great for the concert we attended in town. Easy on and off the freeway."

"Stayed here just for a night. Hotel is in good shape, room was nice and comfortable and breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is always pretty spot on. Only a couple hiccups I wasn't too impressed with. First was the pull out bed had no sheets on it and there was none in the room. The reservation showed we had 6 people staying there, so either having the bed made up or at least sheets in the room would have been nice. By the time we figured it out, it was late and I had to walk to the office to find someone to get some extra sheets and we had to make the bed while kids were trying to go to sleep. The next issue was that there were no pool towels out at the pool. Kids were already in and swimming before we realized there were no towels, one of the other guests said they just took towels from the gym, but there was none in there either. So had to go to the front desk again to ask for towels as well. We swam once at night and again in the morning and there were no towels either time. So other than just being a little more proactive in keeping things stocked, it was a pretty good stay overall. I'd be fine staying here again."
