"Initially some issues with the room where we raised it with the front desk and was moved promptly to another one. Spa and Pool in need of renovation, the outdoor is also in need of some love. Bar staff extremely slow outside, to the point it was quicker to go inside and order rather than waiting. Really good location, and the hotel could do so much better with some a bit more care and attention to the property and service. Will be back and hopefully it'll be improved!"

"Really poor stay. Countless issues that shouldn’t happening in a 4 star hotel. - breakfast poor, bad hygiene, had to ask for tables to be cleaned (as did many other guests) Ham & cheese served with same spoon (food standards issues) - room had to repeatedly ask to be cleaned, 2nd time just dropped towels didn’t service anything or take old towels. - spa - changing rooms gross, flies in all showers, steam room not working. "Appena arrivati ci hanno detto che non c’era più posto per la colazione il giorno dopo prima delle 10,30.Avrebbero dovuto nel caso scrivere il giorno prima per dirci di prenotare l’orario.Ci hanno fatto andare in reception a prenderla ed erano 3 sandwich,3 mele,non la colazione completa pagata!Alla sera ritornati,la stanza non era stata pulita e gli asciugamani non cambiati.Pare bisognasse mettere Service room alla porta,ma non era indicato da nessuna parte e sinceramente di default anche...
