"Originally booked twin room however at check in was given an upgrade. However the room only had one double bed and a sofa bed. We had unpacked and decided just to stay in our allocated room. We had to make up bed pillows were too soft and not much filling. No pillow cases or duvet Cover. My friend had disrupted and uncomfortable sleep both nights. Soap dispenser in bathroom near sink had not been refilled. We also hung up our towels to resume next but housekeeping had taken them away and...

"Room was spacious and clean. Good view over the harbor. There is a bit of a walking distance to the metro station but probably fine for leisure travel. A supermarket near the metro so pretty convenient for resupply."

"We stayed here for a night when we went to see Duran Duran at Hyde Park, fantastic location 10 minute walk to Hyde Park & near to Paddington station. Room was small but it was fine for one night & spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely & friendly, I would definitely stay here again 😄"
