"When checked in the room we originally booked, we noticed it did not have AC working, but when we notified the front desk they upgraded and changed our room to one with AC. Could not ask for more attentive staff or a better result in +30 degrees weather in London. Would stay here again! Fantastic location and hotel restaurant excellent!"

"Big hotel, walking distance from Waterloo station, in a busy built up area. We had some small issues during our stay, but overall it was satisfactory. We had water flooding from our ceiling, and I called reception to report it. An hour later no one had arrived so I reported it again on my way out. By the time I returned that evening it had been fixed. The AC wouldn't go colder than 22 degrees in our rooms. It was 33 degrees in London that week, so it was very warm overnight. "Excellent location for Paddington, friendly helpful staff, room was clean, I was in a basement room from which the trains were audible but it wasn't much of a problem, the only fly in the ointment was when after check in I was told to have use of the aircon it would be an extra £10 a night, if I'd stayed more than one night I think that would have been a problem"

"One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The pods' size was spacious enough for a person to sleep comfortably and keep their belongings. The staff was nice and helpful, and the ambience felt dream-like, especially the bathrooms, which in itself was a great experience. I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were, given the number of people who would use those bathrooms. Would absolutely come back whenever I traveled to London again."
