"L’hôtel était très propre, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % ! Il est également extrêmement bien situé, à proximité du Centre Eaton, ainsi qu’à quelques minutes de marche de Nathan Phillips Square et du centre-ville. Bref, une localisation parfaite pour profiter pleinement de Toronto !"

"Then hotel and it's staff were excellent. Then only issue was with maintenance. There was only on elevator working for the wing we were staying in and the wait was quite long. Luckily the hotel was not that busy but even then we were faced with packed elevators or even having to wait for the next. The room was beautiful and we only wished they had more real coffee pods for the coffee maker. Instead we were given cocoa and flavored items. Parking is available next door and is expensive. Despite all that I would stay there again if only for it's convenient location."

"Great location, super helpful staff, accurate recommendations, GREAT location. The bed, THE BED, so wonderful! TV very good except; remote was too difficult. The control buttons are ridiculously small and difficult to read."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Really close to the falls and a decent view of the fall from floor 7. I would suggest higher for a better view as we had a few trees obstructing the view. Rooms are a little dated and it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room rather than having to go down to the lobby. Would stay again!"
