"Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

"During US Open week, they charged us over $400 for a $105 room. Beds have thin blankets, one only. Shower barely worked. No maid service. It is a place to stay near the airport. The staff was very friendly."

"Tyler the manager was there around the clock to assist. Hotel was clean and comfortable. And near ferry for easy access. Next time I might spend more to get room with living room and private bath. sharing hallway bathrooms suboptimal? but cheaper."

"This place has gone DOWNHILL. Everything is old. Paint chipping. Furniture chipping. Absolutely NOT worth the $$$ and will NEVER stay here again. We have stayed here before years ago. The rooms are ridiculously small. Very disappointed overall"

"Rooms seem newly renovated. Very clean and spacious, TV offers Netflix and such. Only downside is you only get 2 pillows which are so thin."

"Location was excellent. Bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable Parking was adequate Extremely minimal toiletries. Not good for some one traveling by plane Rug in lobby was raised up. Possible tripping hazard .Very old furniture in rooms Outdoor Pool area was only open from noon till 8 pm. Check in process was difficult for older adults Only one coffee cup in the room Air conditioning was hard to regulate for cooling"

"Booked this hotel because I was trying to save money to get some sleep for a few hours. there was an odor in the room that was off-putting but we dealt with it. no major issues and nothing fancy. just a bed a tv and a bathroom. exactly what I needed"

"Property definitely shows its age and is in need of some updates. Morning breakfast area was understaffed. After the first night housekeeping didn’t replace any wash cloths, so had to hunt some down. Good location and price, we only slept there so the value was there… comfortable bed and decent enough room"

"German roaches those sukers are practically impossible to eradicate so check your luggage b4 entering your house"

"Blanket had a brown stain on it and when we told the desk all they did was take off the blanket so we had to call for a replacement. The shower water was hot for about 5 seconds than ran cold."

"Room was a non smoking room and smelled of both cigarettes and weed. Under the pull out was condom wrappers would not stay again."

"The sofas in the common areas are truly disgusting; stains & filth to the point where sitting on them took a considerable effort. The elevators had cracked floors & missing sections. Only one elevator was working. It was like waiting for a city bus. P The prices are commensurate with what one would expect to pay at a 4 star hotel $300, plus; whereas actually I’d rate it a 3 star hotel at most."

"Great location, close to freeway and shopping. Rooms were quiet, breakfast was good (two kinds of waffle batter!). Close to Islip airport."
