"The food was excellent and have a lot of variety. Also the entertainment staff were amazing especially el flaco and Jacky. I definitely would come back a third time. Plus they made me feel like I was home and accomplish everything a need."

"The resort is absolutely beautiful, very modern, clean, and well-maintained. The pools, beach access, and overall atmosphere made the entire stay feel relaxing and luxurious. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything needed. The food exceeded expectations with a great variety of restaurants and options every day, and the drinks were excellent as well. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned consistently."

"The place is beautiful but the staff needs to be trained. The room sheets were dirty and the room not 100% clean.took like 45min to replaced it and I went to the counter after several calls. The receptionist took like 45.min to check in at 2am The bar.need.more waitress... But the pool was very polite and the ruby was.exceptional. same with the valet guys. Overall was ok for us!!"

"We had lots of problems with this resort. A long wait for a room and at 4:00pm we get into a room which only had one bed. We went to the front desk to tell them that we stated on our reservation we needed two queen beds. They told us they didn't have any available that they would have it the next day. We also had problems with the toilet in second room we were moved to, safe issues twice when it wouldn't open. The patio door didn't lock glad we were not on the front floor. A friend we met in the pool had phones stolen from his room and the couple who stole them was removed from the resort. The main buffet on the adult side where we were staying was closed 8 days of our 10 day vacation. I would not recommend this resort which was rated 5 stars and it didn't measure up to that rating at all. We will never go to Serenade resort ever again."

"This resort is good, the food was great, rooms are beautiful, the beach is small and has some rocks when entering. If you are not a member of their premier club you can’t access certain areas. They also have many restrictions like men cannot wear sleeveless shirt to buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can’t walk on the beach to adult area or you can’t access their infinity pool if not a member. Also, keep in mind that this resort is far from the airport it took us 1.5 hrs to get there and the roads are pretty bad there no highways. "
