"La camera era piccolissima per 3 persone. Non ci si riusciva a muovere. Per passare gli altri dovevano stare sui letti. Bagno piccolo, sporco e rotto. Dopo tre gg hanno cambiato la tavoletta del water ma lasciando del sangue ! La doccia non ne parliamo ! La colazione, scarsa e di scadente qualità. Pagata e fatta solo una volta per cui soldi buttati. Abbiamo anche chiesto di cambiare stanza ma era overbooking. Anche scendendo le scale il lampadario si vedeva che erano anni che non veniva pulito...

"Excellent location for adventuring through London, very close to the Marble Arch, Hyde Park, etc. Breakfast Attendant was very friendly and helpful. She remembered what we liked every morning and brought it right over to us."

"Great location. Staff and customer service wonderful. Free on road parking at the weekend. Would have liked an ironing board in room. Windows don’t open and the plumbing in our room wasn’t great as it sounded like the toilet was constantly flushing. However, we would return and just ask for a different room."

"The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. "What a lovely spot! Would recommend highly for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay right in the heart of London. Excellent food, fun to meet many other travelers over breakfast, and so convenient right near the Vauxhall train station."

"Good sized shower with plenty of flow and hot water. Lots of places to eat nearby that were open 'til 11pm and later. Arrived at 4pm and managed to get the last parking space. The room was small, but we were only stopping one night so was absolutely fine for us, it was a bit warm, but it had an appropriately light duvet. Uber from Terminal 5 cost approximately £38 (£8 of which was for uber to enter the pick up point)"
