"Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. "

"We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. "I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year."

"For a 1-night stay this hotel had everything we needed. Central location, easy parking, a spacious room with a comfy bed (and the added bonus of a sea view) and a tasty breakfast in the morning. My wife and I visit Torquay a few times and have stayed in most of the hotels in this price bracket - the Heritage has to be one of the best yet."

"Fantastic property in great location. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Spotless clean. Safe gated courtyard with key code access shower and hairdryer were great! Everything you’d need other than a fan for when it’s really warm. Still 5 star review though.faultless !! "
