"For some reason the elevator gets shut off randomly. No real rhyme or reason. The employee walked to the elevator room to turn it on when I checked in. I was placed in a room by the stairs which would not be an issue if the elevator was turned on. I guard the door slamming all night. The room was not cleaned every night. In our 3 night get stay it was not cleaned at all."

"Never was told they were under construction until after paid for and arrived. Paid $233.59 from Expedia and when I arrived i had to pay another $185 through the hotel was told next morning it would be returned in up to 7 business days. Hallways were dirty due to construction, overpriced food not worth it and never can pay cash. Staff was very helpful and tried to be accomadating."

"The hotel has charm and a lovely entrance, but our experience as quite negative. We had ordered a K room and were given one on the second floor … but the elevator won’t stop at two! So we climb up the stairs - no sweat - and found our room to be .. lacking. Water seeped out from underneath the toilet when you flushed it, the room was dirty and dingy. The said they’d see about moving us … they could, but they did not have another K room. Okkkk … so we get a new Q rm - worse than the first. Dirty....

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The lobby had a strong odor, and the front desk receptionist did not acknowledge me because he was on a personal call. I was unexpectedly told about a security deposit that had never been disclosed. The hallway was dirty, and the room was in unacceptable condition. The light switch didn’t work, the bathtub was peeled halfway off, the walls were unclean, and the bed had stains on the sheets. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower because of the...
