"My room/ carpet smelled and the bedding smelled. I could not sleep there. I had to sit up pretty much throughout the night very uncomfortable. I’m so exhausted today. Lack of sleep. The building looks really nice from the outside. It’s very deceiving."

"First time staying at an Archer Hotel and the one in Napa did not disappoint & was awesome. We loved our room, it was clean & very well-appointed. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants & bars including Oxbow Public Market. The rooftop bar was very nice to look out over the city & river valley & made great cocktails. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which had permanent lounge chairs set in a shallow pool to cool off on a hot sunny day. Many comfortable loungers and even outside...

"There was black mold in the bathroom. We also found three spiders in the room, two of which were in the bed. We didn’t end up staying the night as we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. We brought these things to the attention of the staff. They didn’t seem bothered by the spiders which makes us wonder if this is a known pest issue. They didn’t seem too worried about the black mold either. The room in general was dirty and dilapidated. We drove home instead of staying."
