"The room was very comfortable. We checked in late and our toilet was broken. Someone came up immediately and realized it wasn't going to be fixed and quickly got us into a different room. We appreciated the quick response of the staff. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs. All staff very helpful and welcoming."

"Great hotel, very friendly staff. Never woke up in time for breakfast so I can't rate that lol
I chose this hotel mainly for the pool. It's heated but definitely not as warm as it was last year when I visited. And the hot tub was actually unbearably hot. Definitely would return though, that's not enough to keep me away"

"The property is old and run down. For example they had three elevators and two of them didn’t work. The room was pretty clean but the rest of the property was pretty old and not that clean."
