"The a/c was ok and cooled the room over night. There were little ants in the bathroom and the hot water didnt work when I guess others were using it. The gentleman working the desk was very helpful and super sweet. Overall it was not a bad experience. I really liked there were 3 beds. "

"The room was disappointingly unclean. The sheets, pillows, and blanket all had drops of blood on them. We (the front desk and us) are assuming that the cleaning staff must have had a wound or a cracked knuckle on their hand, but bodily fluids in your room is the last thing you want to experience in your hotel room. Even more so blood on your bed where your children will be sleeping. I was told by the front desk who was VERY helpful examining the bedding and changing it for us that the hotel manager would contact me. The hotel manager has not contacted me as of yet. When you upgrade your stay to a better hotel you expect better but sadly this Drury Inn did not deliver on that. "

"The room had been recently renovated. We had a little problem with hot water to the shower (thanks to factory settings on the shower head that hadn't been adjusted yet) but Hank from staff was helpful and got that quickly fixed for us. Overall great value. Beds and pillows were comfy, breakfast as expected with some hot options, and it was quiet. "

"The hotel is excellent from every aspect, cleanliness, amenities, condition of the fixtures ,and most important the customer service I got from the receptionist Brittany,she was very helpful,polite, and kept asking me if I needed anything . I've had a perfect first I impression because of her , unfortunately when wasn't on duty , things were kind of as they should be . First issue when my room was scheduled for cleaning , the cleaning lady didn't leave any handsoap, hand towels or toilet tissues ! I've requested them from front disk, never came! I had to go downstairs to get them . 2nd issue was during breakfast time ,looks like the hotel only have maybe 8-14 plates for the whole hotel! They provided disposable plates 1st day I was there ,which is fine ,but starting from next day we had to wait for them to clean the used plates so we got some. The day after we waited for quit a while there was nobody on duty to put plates,or refill some food that were out of containers! After waiting for probably 5 minutes the 2 ladies walked in from outside the hotel,maybe they were smoking or god knows what were they doing outside. Other than those 2 issues I got nothing to complain about . The bed mattress was good ,clean "

"Yes The bedroom window needs to have a night shade or curtain of some type to have total darkness from the exterior lights . "

"Very nice and roomy 2 queen room. Excellent kitchen. Clean. The breakfast was great too. I will look for another Element hotel in the future."
