"This is the smallest hotel room we've stayed in. Thankfully there was air-conditioning. Window faced a building wall. The bed was so uncomfortable. You could feel the wooden frame through the mattress. We were told on arrival that they have wine and cheese available for guests between 5 and 8pm. We thought we would try it on Sunday evening to be told that it wasn't available to us as we had booked through Expedia and didn't have a blue key? Staff were quite rude and made us show then our room...

"After staying in a hostel for a week in London, this place was a godsend, AC existed in this hotel, the bed an bathroom was amazing, they took my Suitcase and let me explore more of London! Overall one the best Hotels I’ve stayed in the world, highly Recommend!"
