"The hot tub is nothing more than a big bath tub. The jets weren't working the staff said think of it as swirl spa. there was really not nuch swirl to it. Honestly the Hot tub is why we booked. The property was clean, updated. unfortunately the city was on a boil water so they handed out 2 bottles of water when you checked in. There was no breakfast only grab and go food. A full breakfast is part of the price. There was no discount offered. The staff was nice."

"I stayed here for one night and was fairly unsatisfied with my stay. To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use. I understand this is not a five-star resort, but I still expected a basic level of service and cleanliness...

"I was so disappointed with my stay, I invited my friend to stay as well and she arrived before I did and she said a lady staff was rude to her and made her pay a fee that should have been addressed to me to pay, the room smelled really old and mildewed, the shower was backed up, the tub had a black ring around inside of it. Nothing was complimentary. I expected it to be so much nicer and the rooms should be priced way cheaper because the stat is definitely not worth a $100+ a night. "

"Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!"

"This hotel is clean, clean, clean. Smells fresh and is very tidy. I talked to the lady that cooked the breakfast and she also cleans the rooms. She takes a lot of pride in her work and is a very nice lady. I will definitely be staying there again. Also the biscuits and sausage gravy is on point!!!"

"The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us."

"Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating. The front clerks were barely at the front desk where you have to call or look for someone to help. Also the hotel needs to spray for insects I had numerous of ladybugs in the...

"Price is good and the staff is great. The hotel need upgrade refrigerator doesn't work in most room air conditioning doesn't work in most rooms elevator shakes real bad. If everyone trying to take a shower you have no water pressure."
