"Weather was super hot , so it made it nice having nice cold aced rooms. The best was super comfortable and the hotel room itself had loads of space and all the amenities to make our stay as amazing as it could. Employees were super friendly and extremely helpful. "We had read some reviews which were quite negative and so we were a little anxious about our stay. However we were very happily surprised. We were staying in 507 (with the circular balcony) and it was fab. The room was spotless, most of the fittings looked brand new. The beds were clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was spotless. Staff lovely and location amazing with great transport links. "We went to Vienna for 3 days and wasn’t sure if we did the right thing by choosing this location. But we could cover most of areas because of the location of the hotel. Very central but not so crowded. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was not so, asked them for additional cushion on the sofa bed which was addressed immediately. The lady at reception was very helpful advising us on best transport options to visit places. The guy at the bar was super helpful as well. Extremely pleased with the spread...
