"Ensure they put you in the room you booked! I was there for 3 nights and was in an accessible room with no amenities, pretty much bare bones. When paying $300+ a night I expected more, along with the fact my room was not made up or refreshed for the entire stay! Simply unacceptable. "Super helpful front desk — we had a late night check in and all flowed smoothly! The room and breakfast was fantastic! The only downside was the shower— there wasn’t very good water pressure unfortunately, but overall an excellent experience and I’d recommend this hotel to others!"

"The bathroom needed work, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, there were gaping holes in the counter where I assume Kleenex and a different type of tp holder had been. The beds have all metal frames and squeak terribly with every move. Not great."

"The merchant grossly misrepresented the safety, cleanliness, and privacy of the property. I booked a 13-night stay for my employee. Upon arrival, the property presented severe health, safety, and privacy violations. My employee felt unsafe and checked out early after 3 nights. I immediately contacted the merchant to notify them of the emergency checkout, detailed the health/safety failures, and requested a refund for the remaining 10 unused nights.
