"The design and aesthetic of the hotel are stylish, thoughtful, and well executed. The staff were all great, and the lobby has a good vibe. "The staff were nice and the hotel itself is nice. However, upon arrival, their system was down, which resulted in a 3 hour delay for checking in. Then, their system AC did not properly work. My room was overheated, and they did not have any fans on property. On my last night, their system AC (and all electricity) were out for 30-40 minutes…all during a heatwave. It made for miserable evenings and attempts at sleeping."

"Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room not laid out well, double bed in a corner with luggage rack on the open side. No bar or restaurant, though plenty, a good 10mins walk away! Probably not a good choice for older tourists! Younger travellers may well appreciate “the vibe” more!"
