"I booked an extra day in advance because my flight arrived at 5 a.m. Before heading to the hotel, I called and was told my reservation had been canceled as a “no-show” — despite the fact that I had already paid for it. When I asked why it was canceled and who made the decision, the receptionist simply said, “I don’t know.” I understand these situations can happen, but the lack of concern or accountability was disappointing. They kept the payment and offered no real explanation or solution....

Also like the free coffee and hot water that are available 24/7. I drink hot water so really appreciate the availability...Hotel staff are very friendly and the room is really clean.
