"The hotel property needs improvement. We had to have our room key reprogrammed 5x in 2 days. We never had room service. We NO seating in our King room other the bed, a coffee maker with no carafe to brew it in, and the TV remote was ineffective. The overall property needs improvements from paint and wall repair throughout to new carpet in the rooms. (specifically ours)"

The lady that was there on Saturday March 14th for the day shift was not she was spending her time talking to a older gentleman named Bobthat she knew and would give him cookies when she worked at Wendy’s. We had a issue with the toilet and needed towels but made a note that said that we had a do not disturb sign on the door which we did not, so when we got back the the room at 9:30 that night Morgan come...
