The bathroom is hopeless. Everything gets wet, then when you dry the floor, the shower head start randomly leaking, soaking everything again! I get the idea of a wet room, but this is ridiculous.

Sofitel London Gatwick
Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Our room was upgraded and we were given a 20% off food voucher but were unable to use in the restaurant we chose. Unfortunately our bathroom fan didn’t work but was an overall comfortable stay for our early flight

Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway.
