"All the staff was very delightful. The place was clean new. We had an issue with shower in the room that we couldn’t get on called for help staff member couldn’t figure it out as well. The manager did come up and was able to show us what the issue was there was a button that need to be pushed, but her staff didn’t even know how. "Well the elevator was out and the hall ways and stair wells have no ac. Lugging the bags for a family of three, one being a two year old was very difficult. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly."
