"Space beneath front door let in cockroaches. Bathroom door scraped against bed when opening it. Could not close said door as the top hinge was broken and even lifting the door up did not clear the floor. Bathroom sink faucet and shower head were almost blocked with hard water deposits. Shower head connection cracked and sprayed water onto the wall above the shower. Main faucet never shut off completely. Staff was nice enough but i didnt interact with them much."

"I would say probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shower was filthy. There were bedbugs, and they was blood on the sheets. When we tried to receive our security deposit back, they claim that there was damage and they would not return it and we had a whole party of 20 people staying at the hotel ran by a family that does not know what they are doing."

"We wondered why this hotel doesn’t have makeup wipes or lotion in the bathroom. And most hotels we’ve stayed in usually have a magnifying swing out mirror in the bathroom. Minor issues but always a welcome amenity!"

"Check-in was easy. Staff was so friendly. Booked the reservation on the same day. Room was SO clean and tidy. GREAT kitchenette. There were two of us with some food allergies so having that kitchen with a bigger fridge and proper freezer was a God-send. VERY comfortable bed and shower was luxurious. It was well over 100 degrees and we used the pool after the sun went down. It was warm and the air was cool after exiting the pool. It was a perfect way to relax before sleep.
