"A full trash bag was left in front of my door and stay there over night."

"Breakfast was good, the lady at the breakfast counter cleaning up was very nice always saying good morning to everyone. Only issue I had was the morning manager was rude to his front counter help. She would be doing something and the phone would ring he would yell to her saying grab the phone and he could of grabbed it."

"We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay. "

"Friendly staff, very quiet room, easy to navigate inside hotel. Getting to the location was a little difficult via my gps but once there the property was nice. "

"The room was not clean, but no bugs. Just a lot of dust and gunk built up on surfaces. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was clean. Towels were clean. The room just needs a deep clean. The pool and hot tub were nice."
