The design of building into a mountain with amazing views is a one of a kind experience to stay at. Unfortunately many others know how beautiful and amazing this hotel is too. We booked with the intent to swim, relax, and have a staycation. Couldn't enjoy any of it. It's one of those situations where there were so many people you couldn't get near any of it. Never swam. Never ate. Impossible...

"I would say probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shower was filthy. There were bedbugs, and they was blood on the sheets. When we tried to receive our security deposit back, they claim that there was damage and they would not return it and we had a whole party of 20 people staying at the hotel ran by a family that does not know what they are doing."

"We wondered why this hotel doesn’t have makeup wipes or lotion in the bathroom. And most hotels we’ve stayed in usually have a magnifying swing out mirror in the bathroom. Minor issues but always a welcome amenity!"
