The rooms are very nice, clean and overall the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is included which is great. Very good pricing as well. The staff is excellent and very responsive. "Our room was spacious and bright with excellent blackout curtains for night. Bed comfortable with bed linens and comforters that are fully washable (no worries who or what was previously on the bedspread 😉.) Room well maintained. Breakfast is good for a complementary breakfast — included hot options and the coffee was actually good.
Lots of parking and greenery around the building. Staff welcoming and every staff member greeted and smiled when passing them is the hallway.

"The hotel is well located in Markham. However arriving at night from Denison St, we drove into a poorly lit drive way which ended up in its neighbor's dark parking lot. Turns out the hotel parking is via a long side road from its neighbor's driveway!
Once inside, the entire hotel ground floor appears to be an afterthought by the architect. Anyone new to the hotel will be dis-oriented by a myriad of hall ways, poor signage and a reception desk hidden behind the elevator shaft.

"The room and balcony were not clean. Gross actually. Parking very expensive, owned by them so it’s just to grab more cash. Very expensive for the quality of the place. Still in construction and they don’t mention it. The pictures make it look like a high end hotel. The place is a box and not high end at all. Especially for the cost. The front desk was friendly. Hard to find the place. Instructions were not sent ahead. Etc. A lot of things they need to work on."
